CASA DE SALUD is located in Cantu, Punta Banda, Baja California next to Flippin Kneads Bakery and across from the Veterinarian on the highway to La Bufadora.

10:30am FREE YOGA CLASS FOR BEGINNERS with Amber Dawn

11:30am FREE QI GONG CLASS FOR BEGINNERS with Ella Obryan

12:15 – 12:30pm BLESSING CEREMONY

1pm – 4pm POT LUCK WITH LIVE MUSIC
~Feel free to bring a dish of your choice to the potluck or an item/s to contribute to the studio.
