Amber was born in Colorado, and now lives in Punta Banda, Baja California. She has been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for 7 years. She graduated from her Hot Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2004 led by Heather Peterson. In 2005, she completed her Power Yoga Teacher Training led by Alanna Kaivalya and Dave Porter. Amber has completed Anusara Immersions 1 and 2, Anusara Teacher Training 1 & 2 along with assisting Michael Fukamura in Teacher Training 1 & 2.
The workshops, trainings and classes taught by amazing instructors such as Richard Freeman, Ana Forest, Shiva Rea, Amy Ippoliti, Rodney Yee, Michael Fukamura, Janet Stone and many others have influenced Amber’s heart and teachings over the years.
She is driven and passionate about the incredible healing and holistic affects that yoga has on those who practice. She finds joy in teaching all that she has to offer and believes whole heartedly that yoga has the power to connect people around the world, bringing peace, freedom and a higher quality of life that resonates with one’s true nature. Amber feels honored to be a part of a growing yoga community and that she can donate time and energy to uplift those around her, supporting the conscience evolutionary process of our planet.
Amber’s classes illuminate her love for deep connection to one’s self and one’s truth. She enjoys coloring outside the lines, creating a unique playful yoga experience that uses precise alignment cues and balanced sequencing.
Amber also enjoys dancing in the desert, hiking, biking, Zumba and simply being with loved ones.
